Men, I cannot stress this enough: take a fucking shower. Wear deodorant. Brush your teeth. Wear some clean clothes. Take care of your personal hygiene.
There seems to be an epidemic of men who don’t take care of themselves and I’m not sure how much overlap there is with the “nice guy”/incel trend but I can guarantee if you just make yourself clean and not smelly you will instantly notice a difference in how women treat you. You won’t suddenly turn into the Old Spice Guy or anything but at the very least they may not be running in the other direction.
Literally just clean yourself on a regular basis and you’ll instantly make yourself 30% sexier.
Women too. Just look at the amount of incelbians on here who don’t bathe or dress properly.
