Isn’t that kind of what people are trying with contraception, especially in third world countries?

The idea that less children solves poverty is apparent but there’s a big difference between state enforced eugenics and handing out condoms.

Pretty sure all states did this

Unfortunately, foreign aid often forces nations to accept contraceptive programs, and they often bully/harass women into using them. Combine that with lack of knowledge and acceptence of natural methods, and you have lower class, displaced, and/or POC women being forced to use birth control they don’t want and could be harming them.
