Actual Lutherans do not identify as Protestants, mostly because of Protestants who do crap like this. We see ourselves as somewhere in between Catholics and Protestants, off in our own little corner with our Real Presence, Means of Grace, and rejection of works righteousness.
This “Bishop” is not Lutheran. What she’s teaching is not Christian.
