This means while he has organic building materials, he fundamentally still is artificial in design, being still classified as a robot.

What’s more, his “thoughts” and voice were based off of a per-existing character, the AI Jarvis

Pillows used to be filled with feathers, but are now more commonly filled with cotton. Either way, they are organic materials placed into a fundamentally artificial design of the square/rectangle shaped pillows.

And body pillows are intended to be based on a per-existing character being placed into the artificial design.

Ergo, Vision is a bodypillow.
