After receiving Communion, what do people say while they are kneeling?

I usually pray the Anima Christi:

Soul of Christ, sanctify me.

Body of Christ, save me.

Blood of Christ, inebriate me.

Water from the side of Christ, wash me.

Passion of Christ, strengthen me.

O Good Jesus, hear me.

Within Thy wounds hide me.

Suffer me not to be separated from thee.

From the malignant enemy defend me.

In the hour of my death call me.

And bid me come unto Thee,

That with all Thy saints,

I may praise thee

Forever and ever.

I’ve been told that this is the intimate moment you have with the Eucharist because you just received Jesus and you are one with Him. So this also a good time to lay out all your desires, lift up to Him all your loved ones, and vent to Him your anxieties and what has been bothering you.
