What bothers me most about the live action remakes of Disney movies is that animation is SO MUCH BETTER at basically everything. Like compare the Cave of Wonders in Aladdin:

There’s no contest, the original is better designed, scarier, more mysterious, EVERYTHING. The new one is constrained by the laws of the physical world and as such, suffers.

The problem isn’t with doing things with CGI as some people have suggested, it’s just that when you have something amazing already, it’s usually a downgrade to take it out of animation and into the real world.
