Modern society is very focused on self-satisfying, which religion tends to stay away from. There’s also a lot of rifts being created by modern politics and movements like feminism. It’s sad ):
I told my boyfriend I was waiting until marriage and he broke up with me on the spot. He said I was being unfair to him because I wasn’t honoring his desires. He treated me like his wife instead of his girlfriend. Dodged a bullet there didn’t I? Good riddance lmao. Why do men and women not respect one another nowadays? One thing I cannot figure out is why people are increasingly becoming atheistic. Is it feminism? Or idk. Any input would be appreciated for this semi-broken but relieved heart.
