This woman needs help.

Anyone who thinks they were born the “incorrect” race, gender, age, etc. needs help.

What they don’t need is to be indulged in their delusion or given access to unnecessary and dangerous medical intervention to radically alter their appearance or healthy, normal, bodily functions.

That is not compassion, it’s mutilation.
