Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as
the Heart of God the Father. He says: “The treasure of My Heart is the
soul who accepts the Truths of the Faith without question. Faith is
apart from the intellect. The intellect searches out proof and reasons.
The intellect is so often the enemy of a childlike spirit. The child
accepts without question what his parent presents as Truth. He does not
try to prove matters of the Faith false. The intellectual so often
does not react to the power of the Holy Spirit or even acknowledge the
Spirit as an inspiration in the heart.”
“So often, I must circumvent intellectual pride to accomplish My
Divine Will. The intellectual, so often, has an eye out for taking
credit for Heavenly graces. It is difficult and discouraging for Me to
try to act through such a one.”
“Be humble and I will open your heart to the wonders of the fruition of My Will.”

Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit
which is from God, that we might understand the gifts bestowed on us by
God. And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught
by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual Truths to those who possess the
Spirit. The unspiritual man does not receive the gifts of the Spirit of
God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them
because they are spiritually discerned.
