Hey guys, if you’re in the DFW area of Texas, can you please look out for this kitty? Lucy belongs to my best friend and has been missing since Sunday. They’ve found her collar but not her, though she is microchipped.
I’ve also been praying for the intercession of St. Anthony, Patron Saint of Lost Things, St. Francis of Assisi, Patron Saint of Animals, and St. Gertrude, Patron Saint of Cats.
Update as of 15 minutes ago: “The search for Lucy continues. Found several possums and a coyote, plus dozens of cats that aren’t mine. 😿”

Lucy is still missing. Lea thought she had a lead, but it wasn’t her. Please pray, Lea is hurting.
Commander Hollander walked up to the generator and patted it appreciatively. “I never got to see the engine room on the Taft, being in the air wing and everything. We always wondered what you nerds got up to down there.”
“We were refining uranium,” I said, my hands on my hips.
Commander Hollander blinked. “Really?”
“No. We nerds were completing a series of highly-complicated procedures designed to ensure that the uranium within the two nuclear reactors was bombarded with the correct amount of neutrons, thereby making sure that we didn’t kill everyone within five hundred miles. When we weren’t doing that, we were studying how to do that better, so your butt had the power to fly planes. What were you doing?”
Ugh, aviators. Every single thing about them had always stuck in my craw, from the way that virtually all media about the Navy acted like they were the only people aboard a carrier, to the way they strutted around the ship like they owned it. And now here I was, dead and still somehow in an engine room, listening to the aviator who’d killed me call me a nerd. In my space. In my domain.
Commander Hollander sighed. “Remember to call me sir. I was providing air support for operations overseas, Petty Officer. Let’s not play this game. I came down to get to know you all a little better, since we’re spiritually connected.” He patted the generator again. “Like this. This engine has, what, eighty thousand horsepower?”
Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know
as the Heart of God the Father. He says: “Seasons come and seasons go
in the world due to atmospheric changes. Each season has its own unique
signature. In spring, you have fresh new growth. In summer, warmth
and plenty of sunshine. In fall, you have falling leaves, and in
winter, snow. In your hearts you must always have the season of faith.
This ‘season’ must be marked by refusal to be swayed by new doctrines –
doctrines of demons. Show others the way of steadfast fortitude in the
Tradition of Faith. Do not change to accommodate the ‘season’ of
disbelief in the world around you.”
“The Remnant Faithful must be courageous, always a presence – a safe
harbor amidst the storms of controversy. The Remnant must be present
to welcome those who seek constancy of faith at some point in their
lives. Be calm My Remnant. Do not change due to ‘atmospheric
pressure.”

for the life to come.
